Template Libraries

Create a new library

1. Click the Insert button, alternatively right-click in the library window.

2. Select a new library.

3. Enter the name of the library.

a. The new library will be selected. Right-click the new library

b. Select rename from the menu.

c. Edit the name of the library.

Delete a library

1. First, delete all templates in the library.

2. Select the library to delete.

3. Click delete, alternatively right-click in the library window, and select delete.

Note: If a template library has been used for an optimized alignment you cannot delete the library.
