Capture an Image in Profile View
From the General tab, click and then select Capture Profile View Image.
The Export Profile View dialog appears.
Define the capture area. Use the Entire profile view option to capture all of the profiles. Select Region to define a Start and Finish chainage marker for the region of the profile to capture. This can be completed by either entering values into the Start and Finish boxes of the dialog, or by clicking and dragging a box on the profile view. The area to be captured will appear darker in the profile view.
Define the Image Size by specifying the scale (meters or feet per pixel) of the captured image.
The smaller the scale, the larger the image size.
The estimated file size appears in the dialog. Any image larger than 64 MB is broken into tiles.
Once you have defined your region, Click OK and save the file to an appropriate directory.
Note: files can be saved in either BMP or JPG format
The resulting image shows the profile section between 3000 m and 8000 m, and a resolution of 10 meters per pixel:
