Select Multiple Alignments

Quantm Desktop Optimizer or Quantm Service writes the optimized alignments to a QAB file. All result files generated by a particular scenario are stored in a folder attached to the scenario, and appear in the Scenario Notes tab.

From the Project Explorer, it is possible to easily determine if you have new alignments to review. If a scenario has corresponding results that have not been viewed, both the Scenario name and the name of the results file will be highlighted in bold. This is useful for large projects with multiple scenarios as it allows the user to quickly identify which scenario new results are from.
