Export an alignment in Google Earth format
Select Google Earth in the Export Alignments dialog. The Export Properties dialog appears.
2. Click the DTM Location tab. In order to convert grid coordinates to latitudes and longitudes that can be represented on a globe the Universal Transverse Mercator projection is assumed. Select the Latitudinal and Longitudinal zone for the position of your DTM. Select the Datum to allow for conversion from the local datum to WGS84 latitude and longitude.
3. Click the Google Earth tab. In the Options group, check the Invoke Google Earth after Export option if you want to load Google Earth automatically.
4. Click the Objects tab. Check the objects you want to export.
5. Click the Earthworks tab. Check the Footprint option to view the extent of the earthworks when viewing the horizontal alignment.
6. Click OK.
